Powder Coating Services

PERFECTADENT are pleased to offer a range of powder coating & surface preparation services which are performed on site at our workshop in Bridgend. We have over 10 years’ experience in the motor trade, and class ourselves as automotive powder coaters. We understand not only the importance of ensuring that the customer gets the highest quality finish, but also that their parts are returned to them in a condition that they can be fitted with no other work required.

To ensure this we use a variety of different methods to mask off machine faces, threads, headstocks, etc. Before commencing work we liaise with the customer to ensure that all parts that don't require coating are suitably covered.

We have vast experience in wet paint spraying which can be applied over a powder primer and then use a clear gloss powder coat for maximum protection and finish. This means that we are not limited to a small range of coloured powder coats, and can match many automotive colours. If required, we can even colour code wheel centre caps.

In addition to powder coating, we also have a stand-alone dipping service. Our custom built heated dip tank can take parts with maximum dimensions of 5ft x 2.5ft. We use a state of the art stripping solution which is water based and very slightly alkaline, which means it is less likely to damage your metal parts and is environmentally friendly.

We also have facilities for small part shot blasting with coarse aluminium oxide. Maximum dimensions of 2ft x 2ft.
